This Privacy Policy explains what information the Bull Arena (also known as BullQuest) mobile game collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the game and support your account. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect the email address you sign up with. If you choose to sign in with Google or Telegram instead, we receive a basic account identifier and, for Telegram, your Telegram username or display name.
Game data. We store your in-game progress: your bull, its stats and level, your activity, achievements, points earned, and leaderboard position. Your chosen display name is visible to other players on the leaderboard.
Technical data. Like most apps, our service may automatically process basic technical information (such as app version and general error/diagnostic data) to keep the game running and to fix problems.

How we use your information

To create and maintain your account and let you sign in.
To run the game: save your progress, match you with opponents, and show leaderboards.
To respond to your support requests.
To keep the game safe and working, and to prevent abuse.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us operate the game, and only as needed to provide the service:

Hosting and backend / authentication providers that store your account and game data securely.
Sign-in providers (Google, Telegram) if you choose to use them to log in.
A verification provider used to confirm that sign-ups are from real people and not bots.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep your account and game data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your associated data as described below.

Deleting your account and data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: open the account menu, choose Delete Account, and confirm. You can also email us at support@bullquestsupport.xyz from your account address and ask us to delete it for you.

Children

The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data protected.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be communicated in the app.
